Apply to the PGY2 Internal Medicine Residency Program

Thank you for your interest in the post-graduate year two (PGY2) Internal Medicine pharmacy residency at Duke Regional Hospital. We are accredited by ASHP and as such, we participate in the match.

We encourage all interested applicants to forward completed application materials to us through the PhORCAS system (deadline for submission will be January 5th, 2024). Upon receipt and review of your application, qualified individuals will be invited for an on‐site interview. This interview will provide you the opportunity to see our hospital, meet the program director and present resident, and get to know some of our staff and preceptors.

Qualifications include:

  • Possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited program
  • Successfully completed a PGY1 residency program
  • Eligible for pharmacy licensure in North Carolina
  • U.S. citizenship
