Dakota James, PharmD
Dakota James is originally from Charleston, SC, and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2024. Dakota completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Duke Regional Hospital. His professional interests include internal medicine, infectious diseases, and cardiology. His goals during PGY2 include continuing to grow his clinical skills, continuing to advocate for patient pharmacotherapy optimization and safety, and becoming board-certified. Outside of pharmacy, he enjoys exploring local farmers markets, listening to music, drinking espresso, and watching soccer.
